Mike Winkfield


Mike Winkfield is the owner and creator of WOLF Fitness. He has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and creating a transformational experience. At Marshall University he majored in Exercise Physiology. It was there where he began honing his craft in motivating others by creating programs for the youth and his community.
