I started coming to WOLF Fit at the heaviest I've been in a decade. I had lost weight before through cardio and diet but didn't keep the weight off. Since starting with Mike and Lilla a year ago I went from a size 18 to a size 12. I also built strength and endurance which is more than just losing pounds. Mike told me not to just count my victories on the scale. The one on one attention has correct my form and also taught me about nutrition and recovery better than just calorie restriction. I thank them and my WOLF Family for all they given me this past year.

Loving the new location! It has a lot of open space and provides you the ability to feel like you're "at home" while you're in the gym. The trainers at the location are incredibly knowledgeable and have done a great job at refining their programs to meet the needs of every member who comes through the door!
